Ingredients:
Red Potatoes (about 10)
1/8 cup of olive oil or vegetable oil
Packet of onion soup mix
Directions:
Wash potatoes and cut into chunks.
Put the potatoes, olive oil, and onion
soup mix in a ziploc bag and mix together.
Line a baking dish with aluminum foil
and add the potatoes.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Ooh! This would be yummy with a ranch packet or Italian packet instead of the onion soup packet depending on what the main course is that night :)
ReplyDeleteor go crazy and lose the awful mixes! use frozen chopped onions, dry parsley flakes (or other herb of your choice, i.e. rosemary), salt and pepper. cheaper, less chemical, and duh...
