Ingredients:
Red Potatoes (about 10)
1/8 cup of olive oil or vegetable oil
Packet of onion soup mix
Directions:
Wash potatoes and cut into chunks.
Put the potatoes, olive oil, and onion
soup mix in a ziploc bag and mix together.
Line a baking dish with aluminum foil
and add the potatoes.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Ooh! This would be yummy with a ranch packet or Italian packet instead of the onion soup packet depending on what the main course is that night :)
or go crazy and lose the awful mixes! use frozen chopped onions, dry parsley flakes (or other herb of your choice, i.e. rosemary), salt and pepper. cheaper, less chemical, and duh...
